With more than a decade’s experience in the industry, I can honestly say I have the best job in the world! I would recommend getting three valuations on your property from local Estate Agents (yes three!) as it’s important you have a good understanding of the different services available to you, enabling you to make an informed decision based on who you believe is qualified to do the best job for you and crucially, who you feel you can trust.
